Two parallel tracks. External: what are your customers actually searching for? What are AI systems recommending when someone asks about your product category? Where are your competitors visible and you're not? Internal: where are the manual, phone-call-heavy processes that could become self-service? We do a quick process map and time study on the quote-to-order cycle, and identify data trapped in spreadsheets or tribal knowledge.

Your part: send us your product catalogs, spec sheets, price lists, and installation guides. Drop them in a shared folder. We use AI to extract and structure your product data, often understanding it better than you'd expect within days, not weeks.

Diagnose

We overlay the external demand signals with your internal processes. Which customer needs map to which workflows? Where is valuable product data (specs, compatibility rules, pricing logic) sitting in a format that neither customers nor search engines can access? This is where the build vs. optimize decision happens. Some things need a custom tool. Some things need structured data on existing pages. Some things need both.

Build

We develop the digital tools and content infrastructure the diagnosis calls for. Product configurators, calculators, spec builders, interactive selectors. AI enhancement where it adds real value, not AI for the sake of AI. Plus the static reference content and structured data that makes the tools' data visible to crawlers and AI systems.

Launch & Optimize

Deploy, index in Google Search Console, verify structured data renders correctly, monitor AI citations. But also: watch how real users interact with the tools. Which configurations get quoted most? Where do people drop off? That data feeds back into the tools and into your sales process.
